We are proud to offer 2 very large waterfront 4/5 bedroom luxury resort townhomes on the exclusive Bob-lo Island. You can rent them seperately or both together for a larger group. They include access to a private golfcourse in Amherstburg - Pointe West...green fees etc are extra. The island is home to many million dollar estates.
Each is a 4/5 bedroom, 4/5 bath open concept vacation home situated on a stretch of unblemished shoreline accessible by a two minute car-ferry ride from the historic town of Amherstburg, Ontario. The island provides amenities such as a community store, waterfront restaurant, basketball courts, swimming pool, walking and bike trails, white sand beaches and public marina to dock your boat. As well you are across the river to the town of Amherstburg with conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops and boutiques.
Each are all season 3600 square foot open-concept vacation homes located on a waterfront lot nestled on the shores of Boblo Island. These homes are designed around a magnificent, vaulted-ceiling great room with a huge, floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace and a wall of windows offering a breathtaking view of the river. At one end of the the main level is a family room with a large river rock fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the river. At the other end of the main level is the grand dining room table with open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops that also overlooks the river. A seating area is located at the water’s edge for a quiet morning coffee or an afternoon book as you wind down from your day’s activities.
Inside you will find three TV’s including a 42" LCD wall-mounted flat panel unit and a 50" DLP unit in the basement recreation room. There is a DVD player and Starchoice satellite service, central AC, as well as basement and main floor propane fireplaces to ensure your comfort.
Each residence sleeps twelve with bedrooms spread between all three floors offering plenty of space for large families. Book them both and sleep up to 24! Fall asleep to the calm river breeze in your master bedroom with a king-size poster bed and walk-in closet on beautiful solid oak floors and glorious views of the river from immense windows. The ensuite bathroom is ceramic floored with his and her vanities with two sinks, a large ceramic-lined shower and corner bathtub. At the other end, a hallway leads to the other bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom also. On the main floor there is a queen size guest bedroom. In the basement resides another queen size bedroom with gas fireplace and private study. The rec room will provide hours of enjoyment for guests as well as boasting two pull-out sofa beds.
